Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Sylo North Wales. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Dispatch Schedule

Sylo North Wales dispatches orders twice weekly on Mondays and Thursdays only.

Orders placed after a dispatch cut-off, on a non-dispatch day, weekend, or public holiday will be processed and dispatched on the next available dispatch day.

Dispatch dates are not guaranteed and may be subject to delay due to operational requirements, verification procedures, courier issues, or circumstances outside our control.

2. Full Patch Items – Mandatory Verification Requirement

Certain products listed for sale are restricted and require mandatory verification prior to dispatch.

Where an order contains any full patch item:

The purchaser must be a verified full patch member of the Outlaws Motorcycle Club
Sylo North Wales reserves the absolute right to verify membership status by any means deemed appropriate
No restricted item will be dispatched until verification has been successfully completed
Sylo North Wales is under no obligation to complete verification within any specific timeframe

Sylo North Wales reserves the absolute right to refuse, delay, suspend, or cancel any order where:

Verification cannot be completed
Verification is refused by the customer
Verification is deemed unsatisfactory
The purchaser is determined not to be eligible
Or for any other reason at our sole discretion

Where an order is cancelled under this clause, a refund will be issued for the affected item(s). Sylo North Wales shall not be liable for any additional costs, losses, damages, or claims arising from such cancellation or delay.

3. Transfer of Responsibility

Responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Sylo North Wales shall not be held liable for:

Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Failed delivery due to customer absence
Courier delays outside our control
Loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery

4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Sylo North Wales shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from delivery delays.

5. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Sylo North Wales reserves the absolute right to:

Refuse any order
Cancel any order
Limit quantities
Delay dispatch

At any time and for any reason, without obligation to provide explanation.
