Full Patch Items – Mandatory Verification Requirement

Certain products offered for sale by Sylo North Wales are restricted and subject to mandatory eligibility verification prior to dispatch.

Restricted full patch items may be purchased through the website; however, purchase does not guarantee dispatch. Such items will not be shipped until all required verification has been fully completed and approved.

Where an order contains any full patch item, the purchaser must be a verified full patch member of the Outlaws Motorcycle Club.

Sylo North Wales reserves the absolute and unrestricted right to verify eligibility and membership status by any method deemed appropriate at its sole discretion. No restricted item shall be dispatched until such verification has been completed and approved.

Sylo North Wales is under no obligation to complete verification within any specific timeframe, and dispatch may be delayed indefinitely pending satisfactory verification.

Sylo North Wales reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, delay, or cancel any order, in whole or in part, where:

• Verification cannot be completed;

• The purchaser fails or refuses to provide requested verification;

• Verification is deemed unsatisfactory;

• The purchaser is determined to be ineligible; or

• For any other reason deemed necessary by Sylo North Wales.

Where an order, or part of an order, is cancelled under this clause, Sylo North Wales will issue a refund for the cancelled item(s) only. Sylo North Wales shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, damage, expense, or claim arising from any verification delay, refusal, or cancellation.
